The invention provides a traffic accident risk prediction method and system based on traffic environment advanced perception, and relates to the technical field of urban traffic digitization, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the road network data of a target region, and constructing a directed dual topological structure with a road segment as a node; acquiring traffic-related data of all road sections in the target area, and mapping the traffic-related data to the corresponding road sections; analyzing the correlation between the traffic-related data and the traffic flow and the accident risk from three dimensions of space-time, time and space, and respectively screening out data features significantly related to the traffic flow and the accident risk; and sensing the data of the data features in the to-be-predicted time period in advance, and predicting the traffic accident risk. According to the method, the road traffic environment of the to-be-predicted time period can be sensed in advance on the basis of feature screening, so that the traffic accident risk of all road sections in the target area is accurately evaluated, and the problems of insufficient information extraction, irrelevant feature interference, poor interpretability and the like in the prior art are solved.

    本发明提供了一种基于交通环境提前感知的交通事故风险预测方法及系统,涉及城市交通数字化技术领域,该方法包括:获取目标区域的路网数据,并构建以路段为节点的有向对偶拓扑结构;获取目标区域所有路段的交通相关数据,并将其映射到对应的路段;从时空、时间、空间三个维度分析交通相关数据与交通流量及事故风险的相关关系,并分别筛选出与交通流量及事故风险显著相关的数据特征;提前感知上述数据特征在待预测时段的数据,并预测交通事故风险。本发明能够在特征筛选的基础上提前感知待预测时段的道路通行环境,从而准确评估目标区域所有路段的交通事故风险,解决了现有技术中存在的信息提取不足、无关特征干扰、可解释性较差等问题。
