The invention provides a mechanical cantilever lifting mechanism which comprises a lifting stand column, a counterweight assembly, a driving chain wheel assembly, a cantilever assembly, a linear sliding rail, a driven chain wheel assembly and a transmission chain assembly, and the counterweight assembly, the driving chain wheel assembly, the cantilever assembly, the linear sliding rail, the driven chain wheel assembly and the transmission chain assembly are installed above the lifting stand column. The driving chain wheel assembly and the transmission chain assembly are matched to drive the cantilever assembly to move up and down; the cantilever assembly is used for pressing materials and then synchronously rotating with the materials; the linear sliding rail plays a role in guiding the cantilever assembly. The mechanical cantilever lifting mechanism is of a pure mechanical and unpowered structure, the use requirement can be met through simple manual operation, various complex lines do not need to be added, and the mechanical cantilever lifting mechanism is very suitable for being used in the simple and unpowered environment.
