The invention relates to a resistance friction composite heating metal repairing device which comprises a metal bar, a rotating motor, a feeding motor and a damaged bulkhead. The front end of the metal bar is conical, and the rotating motor and the feeding motor can drive the metal bar to rotate in the axial direction and feed in the longitudinal direction. The metal bar is driven to rotate through an axial rotating motor; when the axially rotating metal bar makes initial contact with the metal shell of the damaged bulkhead, irregular positions of the metal bar and the metal shell are jointly melted through resistance heat and friction heat, and when the metal bar makes full contact with the defect portion of the damaged bulkhead and the metal shell with the irregular holes gradually becomes round, rotation of the metal bar is stopped, and the metal shell with the irregular holes becomes round. And the metal bar stays at the defect part of the damaged bulkhead, and repair of the damaged bulkhead is completed after cooling and solidification. According to the invention, a metal bar friction heat generation method and a resistance heating method are adopted to work cooperatively to complete the repair of the damaged bulkhead.

    本发明涉及一种电阻摩擦复合加热金属修复装置,包括:金属棒材、旋转电机、进给电机和受损舱壁;金属棒材前端为锥形,旋转电机和进给电机能够驱动金属棒材分别沿轴向转动和纵向进给;通过轴向旋转电机驱动金属棒材转动;当轴向旋转的金属棒材与受损舱壁的金属壳体初始接触时,通过电阻热及摩擦热将金属棒材与金属壳体的不规则位置共同熔化,待金属棒材与受损舱壁的缺损部位全部接触,不规则孔洞的金属壳体逐渐变为圆形,停止金属棒材转动,将金属棒材停留在受损舱壁的缺损部位,冷却凝固后完成受损舱壁修复。本发明采用金属棒材摩擦生热和电阻加热两种方法协同工作,完成对受损舱壁的修复。
