The embodiment of the invention provides a train control method, device, equipment and system, and relates to the technical field of urban rail transit control. The method comprises the steps that at least two operation section state requests are sent to train operation monitoring equipment, the operation section state requests comprise identifiers of sections to be recognized, and the sections to be recognized are sections with the collection result of axle counting equipment being occupied; receiving operation section state responses corresponding to the operation section state requests sent by the train operation monitoring equipment, wherein the operation section state responses are used for indicating whether the axle counting equipment has a permanent occupancy fault or not; and controlling the train to operate in the to-be-identified section based on the operation section state response corresponding to the continuous two operation section state requests, so that the problem of low operation efficiency of the whole urban rail transit signal system caused by axle counting fault occupation can be avoided to a certain extent, and the operation efficiency of the whole urban rail transit signal system is improved. Therefore, the operation efficiency of the whole urban rail transit signal system is effectively improved.
