The invention discloses an engine torque pulsation counteracting method and a hybrid power system. The method is used for a hybrid power system and comprises the steps that a pulsation function of engine torque pulsation changing along with a crank connecting rod rotation angle is obtained; a torsional vibration counteracting function with counteracting torque changing along with the rotation angle of the crank connecting rod is constructed, control parameters are added into the torsional vibration counteracting function to optimize the torsional vibration counteracting function, and the sum of the counteracting torque and engine torque pulsation is made to be equal to 0 or close to 0; acquiring state data of the hybrid power system, and correcting the control parameters according to the state data; and when the engine and the motor operate, determining a counteracting torque instruction corresponding to the motor according to the torsional vibration counteracting function, and superposing the counteracting torque instruction to output control when the motor works normally. According to the method, feedback adjustment of pulsation offset can be achieved, closed-loop control logic is formed, and engine torque pulsation offset can achieve the best effect of reducing rotating speed fluctuation and vibration of a hybrid power system in the whole life cycle of a vehicle.

    本发明公开一种发动机扭矩脉动抵消方法和混合动力系统;该方法用于混合动力系统,包括:获取发动机扭矩脉动随曲柄连杆转角变化的脉动函数;构建抵消扭矩随曲柄连杆转角变化的扭振抵消函数,并向扭振抵消函数中添加控制参数以优化扭振抵消函数,使抵消扭矩与发动机扭矩脉动之和等于0或接近于0;获取混合动力系统的状态数据,根据状态数据修正控制参数;在发动机和电机运行时,根据扭振抵消函数确定电机对应的抵消扭矩指令,将抵消扭矩指令叠加到电机正常工作时的输出控制上。本发明能够实现脉动抵消的反馈调节,形成闭环控制逻辑,使发动机扭矩脉动抵消在车辆整个生命周期中均能够发挥最佳的降低混合动力系统转速波动和振动的效果。
