The invention relates to a collision safety control system based on deep learning and an operation method thereof. The crash safety control system includes a memory storing a crash safety model having deep learning-based crash safety control logic. The crash safety control system also includes a processor electrically connected to the memory. The processor is configured to train a crash safety model based on at least one signal including pre-crash data and post-crash data according to the crash safety control logic such that the crash safety model outputs a crash type corresponding to the at least one signal and a requested start-up time (RTTF) of passenger protection equipment.
