The invention relates to the field of photoelectric tracking and pointing host bidirectional shaft hole assembling, in particular to a flexible device for photoelectric tracking and pointing host bidirectional shaft hole assembling and an assembling method, which comprises a lifting appliance, unloading assemblies and two rigid beam parts, the two rigid beam parts are used for being connected to two sides of a light machine main body, and two ends of each rigid beam part are respectively connected with one unloading assembly. The other end of the unloading assembly is connected with a lifting appliance which is used for being connected with a traveling crane. The unloading assembly comprises a rotating assembly, a height adjusting assembly and a spring scale, one end of the rotating assembly is connected with the lifting appliance, the other end of the rotating assembly is connected with the height adjusting assembly, one end of the height adjusting assembly is connected with the rotating assembly, the other end of the height adjusting assembly is connected with the spring scale, and the other end of the spring scale is connected with the rigid beam part; and a balancing weight is arranged on the rigid beam component, so that the readings of the four spring scales are consistent. Rapid and accurate assembly of high-precision shaft hole matching is achieved, the assembly problem of high-precision bidirectional shaft hole matching of a large-mass light machine body and a two-dimensional rotary table is solved, and the assembly efficiency and safety are improved.
