The upper surface of at least one of the pair of spacers on the support beam side is provided with a spacer oblong hole that is longer in a direction along the longitudinal direction of the support beam. In addition, in the longitudinal direction of the support beam, a plurality of beam holes are provided in the longitudinal direction at an end portion disposed on at least one side of the upper portion of the one spacer. The spacer and the support beam are fixed by a bolt passing through the spacer oblong hole and a beam hole provided at a position overlapping the upper portion of the spacer oblong hole.
