In order to solve the problems that in an existing battery thermal management system, a heating device occupies the internal space of a battery and is low in heat conduction efficiency, the invention provides a battery thermal management system, a battery pack and a vehicle, the battery thermal management system comprises the battery and a pulse charging and discharging device, and the battery comprises a pole core and a conductive shell; the conductive shell is arranged on the periphery of the pole core, the pulse charging and discharging device is electrically connected with the battery, the pulse charging and discharging device is used for carrying out pulse charging and discharging on the battery to generate a changing magnetic field, and the conductive shell is located in the changing magnetic field. And the conductive shell is used for generating induced current and heating the pole core.
