The invention discloses a ship navigation aid safety alarm method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the ship information of a current ship, the ship information comprises the current water depth of the current ship, the current speed of the current ship, the distance between the current ship and other ships, the relative speed of the current ship and other ships, the relative direction of the current ship and other ships, the relative transverse distance between the current ship and other ships, and the relative course angle between the current ship and other ships; the relative water flow velocity of the current ship and other ships and the relative drifting direction of the current ship and other ships; setting a first ship navigation aid safety alarm model, calculating a first collision risk index according to the ship information, setting a second ship navigation aid safety alarm model, calculating a second collision risk index, and summing and averaging the first collision risk index and the second collision risk index to obtain a final collision risk index; and performing safety warning on the current ship according to the final collision risk index.
