The invention relates to a lane vehicle detection control device, system and method. The vehicle detection control device comprises a motion controller, a barrier, a radar vehicle detector, a first detection coil and a second detection coil. The first detection coil generates a first detection signal when a vehicle drives into a lane; the second detection coil generates a second detection signal when the vehicle leaves the lane; the radar vehicle detector generates a radar detection signal when a vehicle enters a detection area of the radar vehicle detector. The motion controller judges that the vehicle enters the parking lot according to the first detection signal, judges that the vehicle exits the parking lot after receiving the second detection signal and the radar detection signal, and outputs an opening instruction signal to the barrier to control the barrier to lift the barrier; the motion controller is further used for outputting a turn-off instruction signal to the barrier to control the barrier to fall after judging that the vehicle leaves the detection area. The radar detector is additionally arranged, so that the vehicle detection precision can be improved, the railing machine is accurately controlled to lift or fall, and the railing can be effectively prevented from smashing a vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种车道的车辆检测控制装置、系统及方法,车辆检测控制装置包括:运动控制器、栏杆机、雷达车检器、第一检测线圈和第二检测线圈;第一检测线圈在车辆驶入车道时产生第一检测信号;第二检测线圈在车辆驶离车道时产生第二检测信号;雷达车检器在车辆驶入其检测区域时产生雷达检测信号;运动控制器根据第一检测信号判定车辆入场,并在接收到第二检测信号和雷达检测信号判定车辆出场,以及输出开指令信号至栏杆机以控制栏杆机抬杆;运动控制器还用于在判定车辆离开检测区域后输出关指令信号至栏杆机以控制栏杆机落杆。本发明通过增设雷达检测器,可以提高车辆检测精度,进而准确控制栏杆机抬杆或者落杆,可以有效避免栏杆砸车。
