The invention relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence and image processing, and provides a pedestrian violation real-time correction method and system based on image processing. The method comprises the steps that image acquisition is carried out on a preset road section through an image acquisition device, a real-time image is acquired, a standard pedestrian passing feature library is constructed, the standard pedestrian passing feature library comprises standard pedestrian passing features corresponding to different road section attributes, pedestrian feature recognition is carried out on the real-time image based on the road section attributes, and a pedestrian passing feature recognition result is obtained. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a standard pedestrian traffic feature library, acquiring real-time pedestrian features, performing feature matching on the real-time pedestrian features based on the standard pedestrian traffic feature library, acquiring pedestrian violation features according to a comparison result, and finally displaying the pedestrian violation features through an acousto-optic display device of a preset road section. Therefore, the technical effects of realizing real-time correction of the violation behaviors of the pedestrians through automation and intelligentization of image processing and improving the efficiency and accuracy of real-time correction are achieved.
