The invention relates to a fishway device capable of automatically adapting to water level amplitude variation and an operation method thereof, an open channel section, an overflow section and a fishway section are sequentially arranged from the upstream to the downstream of a reservoir, the open channel section, the overflow section and the fishway section are mutually communicated and connected to form a fishway for migratory fishes to backtrack, the open channel section is at least provided with a gate I and a gate II, and the gate II is at least provided with a gate II. The first gate and the second gate work asynchronously. A fish driving grid is arranged in the overflow section, and a notch is formed in the side wall of any side face of the overflow section. A self-floating mechanism capable of floating up and down is arranged at the notch and can enable the water level on the outer side of the fishway to be higher than the top position of the fishway, and the height difference of the position is not changed. Under various water level conditions, the flow and the water depth in the fishway can be kept unchanged, and stable fish passing in the whole process is achieved; the overall structure is simple, the operation efficiency is high, the manufacturing cost is low, the stability of water flow during fishway operation can be guaranteed, and meanwhile the fish passing efficiency is not affected.

    一种自动适应水位变幅鱼道装置及其运行方法,从水库上游至下游依次设置明渠段、溢流段和鱼道段,所述明渠段、所述溢流段和所述鱼道段互通连接并形成一可供洄游鱼类上溯的鱼道,其中,在所述明渠段中至少配置有闸门一和闸门二,且所述闸门一和所述闸门二非同步工作;所述溢流段中设有赶鱼栅,且在其任一侧面边墙上设有缺口;在所述缺口处配置有可上下浮动的自浮动机构,所述自浮动机构可使鱼道外侧的水位高于其顶部位置且该位置高度差不变。本发明可实现在各种水位条件下,可使鱼道内流量与水深保持不变,实现全过程平稳过鱼;整体结构简单、运行效率高且造价成本低,可保证鱼道运行时水流的稳定性,同时还不影响过鱼效率。
