The manned hoisting equipment comprises a working platform, a walking mechanism, a telescopic arm mechanism, a manned platform and a crane, the walking mechanism drives the working platform to walk, and the telescopic arm mechanism and the crane are rotationally installed on the working platform; and the manned platform is fixedly mounted at the tail end of the telescopic arm mechanism. According to the crawler-type crane, object lifting and person carrying are integrated on the same crawler-type vehicle body, during lifting operation, heavy objects can be lifted through the rotatable crane, and lifting of workers can be achieved through the mechanical arm and the person carrying platform connected with the mechanical arm. The invention further provides a loadable person loading method for the transformer substation, object lifting and person loading are carried out on the same equipment at the same time, the coordination of lifting operation is improved, the method is more suitable for the narrow working space of the transformer substation, the time of equipment entering and exiting is shortened, and the working efficiency of installation, maintenance and overhaul of the transformer substation is improved.
