The self-adaptive balance device has the beneficial effects that the connecting rope between the large ring and the small ring is matched with the pulley, self-adaptive balance is achieved, on-site adjustment is not needed, and the overall construction efficiency is improved; the small ring achieves hoisting of small components and has the self-balancing capacity, the large ring and the small ring achieve hoisting of large components, and different hoisting requirements are met.

    本发明公开了一种自平衡的预制构件吊装系统,包括转换平台,还包括大环和小环,转换平台上沿周向布置有若干滑轮,大环套设在小环的外部,大环的两端分别与小环的两端沿水平轴线铰接连接,大环上沿周向布置有若干大环拉环,小环上沿周向布置有若干小环拉环,连接绳的一端与大环拉环连接,连接绳的中部绕设在滑轮上,连接绳的另一端与小环拉环连接,大环和小环上均设有吊绳。本发明的有益效果:大环和小环之间的连接绳配合滑轮,实现自适应平衡,无需现场调节,提高了整体的施工效率;小环实现小型构件的吊装,具有自平衡的能力,大环和小环实现大型构件的吊装,满足不同的吊装需求。
