The invention belongs to the technical field of composite material maintenance, and discloses a rapid repairing method for a lightning protection layer on the surface of a composite material. The composite material comprises a substrate, a lightning protection layer, a resin layer and a surface coating which are sequentially arranged. The repairing method comprises the steps that a damaged area of the lightning protection layer is removed; polishing the surface coating and the resin layer in a set area except the damaged area of the lightning protection layer, and exposing the original lightning protection layer to obtain a lap joint area; a lightning protection repairing patch for repairing is laid to the lap joint area and covers all the exposed lightning protection layers; and covering and adhering the lightning protection repairing patch to the surface of the composite material by using an aluminum foil adhesive tape. The lightning protection repairing patch for repairing is quickly adhered to the composite material by using the aluminum foil adhesive tape, and the lightning protection repairing patch for repairing and the original lightning protection layer are effectively overlapped by virtue of the adhesion capability of the aluminum foil adhesive tape, so that a lightning protection path is recovered, the operation is simple, the cost is low, and the stop repair cost of an operating airplane on a flight line is reduced.
本发明属于复合材料维修技术领域,公开一种复材表面闪电防护层的快速修理方法。复材包括依次设置的基底、闪电防护层、树脂层和表面涂层,该修理方法包括:去除闪电防护层受损区域;打磨闪电防护层受损区域以外设定区域内的表面涂层和树脂层,露出原始的闪电防护层以得到搭接区域;将修补用闪电防护修理补片铺设至搭接区域,并覆盖所有裸露闪电防护层;使用铝箔胶带将修补用闪电防护修理补片覆盖粘接到复材的表面。本发明使用铝箔胶带将修补用闪电防护修理补片快速粘贴到复材上,依靠铝箔胶带的粘接能力将修补用闪电防护修理补片与原始闪电防护层有效搭接起来,恢复闪电防护通路,操作简单,成本低廉,减少航线上运营飞机的停场修理成本。
