本发明公开了一种被动式混合层流短舱应用方法,涉及大型飞机层流短舱应用领域,飞机在飞行过程中,基于吸气壁板外部压力高、内部压力低产生的压差,促使吸气壁板附近空气进入舱体内部的吸气管道内;吸气管道将从吸气壁板进入的空气输运至舱体后端;随着内部管道中气体的累积,当其压力逐渐大于舱体后端排气孔的压力时,吸气管道内的空气经排气孔排出短舱外。本发明提供一种被动式混合层流短舱应用方法,本方案设计的装置无需压气机、泵等装置,其进气方式只需要依靠内外自然压差实现。这使得其在取得相同效果的同时,大大简化了整个系统的重量。

    The invention discloses a passive mixed laminar flow nacelle application method, and relates to the field of application of large aircraft laminar flow nacels.In the flight process of an aircraft, based on the pressure difference generated by high external pressure and low internal pressure of an air suction wall plate, air near the air suction wall plate is promoted to enter an air suction pipeline in a nacelle body; the air suction pipeline conveys air entering from the air suction wall plate to the rear end of the cabin body; along with accumulation of air in the internal pipeline, when the pressure is gradually larger than that of the exhaust hole in the rear end of the nacelle body, the air in the air suction pipeline is exhausted out of the nacelle through the exhaust hole. According to the passive mixed laminar flow nacelle application method, a device designed in the scheme does not need a gas compressor, a pump and other devices, and the gas inlet mode of the device is achieved only by means of the internal and external natural pressure difference. Therefore, the weight of the whole system is greatly reduced while the same effect is achieved.
