The invention relates to the technical field of steering systems, in particular to a tail end dynamic self-learning method and system for steering execution by wire. A tail end dynamic self-learning method for executing steering by wire is characterized in that a vehicle is started, and when a steering wheel reaches the tail end leftwards or rightwards, the current TAS value is recorded as a left limit value and a right limit value; when the steering wheel returns to the middle position from the left tail end and the right tail end, the currently recorded TAS value is stored in the data storage function module; the tail end self-learning module reads numerical values and compensates the numerical values to the current use values of the left tail end and the right tail end, and angle calculation of the left tail end and the right tail end is carried out according to the current median value to be used by each functional module; and if the strokes of the left tail end and the right tail end of the rack exceed the default stroke value, the left tail end and the right tail end are safely reset to the initial default value. Compared with the prior art, the tail end dynamic self-learning method and the tail end dynamic self-learning system for executing steering by wire are provided so as to ensure that the neutral position of an angle sensor is matched with the real steering wheel angle of a vehicle.

    本发明涉及转向系统技术领域,具体的说是一种用于线控执行转向的末端动态自学习的方法及系统。一种用于线控执行转向的末端动态自学习的方法,其特征在于:车辆开启,方向盘向左或者向右达到末端时,记录当前TAS值为左、右的极限值;方向盘从左、右末端回到中位时,将当前记录的TAS值存储到数据存储功能模块中;末端自学习模块读取数值并补偿给当前的左、右末端使用值,根据当前的中位值,进行左、右末端的角度计算,给各个功能模块使用;如果齿条左、右末端行程超过默认的行程值时,左、右末端安全重置到初始默认值。同现有技术相比,提供一种用于线控执行转向的末端动态自学习的方法及系统,以保证转角传感器中位与车辆真实的方向盘转角相匹配。
