The invention relates to a bumper support which comprises a support body and a plurality of buckles arranged on the support body, at least one of the buckles comprises a connecting arm, the two ends of the connecting arm are connected to the support body, and the connecting arm comprises a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; the end head extends out of the connecting arm between the first surface and the second surface, and comprises a clamping part which protrudes relative to the first surface; and the supporting part extends out of the surface, opposite to the clamping part, of the end head and is connected to the bracket body so as to limit the elastic deformation of the connecting arm and the end head when the connecting arm and the end head are subjected to external force. When the at least one buckle on the bumper support bears external force from the bumper body or the side plate of the automobile body, elastic balance of the buckle can be achieved through appropriate deformation of the supporting part, the situation that the buckle is broken due to too high strength is avoided, and the situation that the buckle is excessively deformed due to insufficient supporting force, and consequently the bumper is disengaged can be avoided.
