The invention discloses an integrated thermal management system and method for a pure electric drive vehicle, and the thermal management system comprises an electric drive system cooling loop, a battery loop, a heating loop and an AC refrigeration loop, and also has fault mode monitoring and delayed power-off strategies. The thermal management method comprises the steps of control of an electric drive cooling system, cooling control and heating control of a battery thermal management system, battery thermal management self-circulation control, thermal management fault mode control and thermal management component delay power-off control. According to different vehicle thermal management requirements, the electric drive system cooling loop, the battery loop, the heating loop and the AC refrigerating loop are controlled through the vehicle control unit VCU, and then vehicle comprehensive thermal management is achieved. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the technical problem that the number of parts of the vehicle thermal management system in the prior art is large is solved, and the control efficiency and the control performance of the vehicle thermal management system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电驱动车辆一体化热管理系统及方法,热管理系统包括电驱系统冷却回路、电池回路、加热回路和AC制冷回路,同时具备故障模式监测以及延迟下电策略。本发明的热管理方法包括电驱冷却系统的控制,电池热管理系统的冷却控制和加热控制,电池热管理自循环控制,热管理故障模式控制和热管理部件延迟下电控制;本发明根据不同的整车热管理需求,通过整车控制器VCU对电驱系统冷却回路、电池回路、加热回路及AC制冷回路进行控制,进而实现整车综合热管理。采用本发明提供的技术方案,解决了现有技术中的车辆热管理系统的零部件数量较多的技术问题,提高了车辆热管理系统的控制效率和控制性能。
