The invention discloses an ECVT hybrid power system for a tractor and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery design. The ECVT hybrid power system comprises an engine, a clutch, a planet row, an EM2 motor, an EM1 motor and a speed change device; the engine, the clutch, the planet row and the speed change device are sequentially connected, the EM2 motor is connected with the planet row and used for adjusting torque of the engine, and the EM1 motor is connected with the speed change device and used for adjusting speed of the engine. The double motors are used for replacing a static hydraulic unit, so that power division and energy transfer of the engine are achieved, higher transmission efficiency is guaranteed, cost and system complexity are reduced, and the overall reliability of the system is improved. The technical problems that in the prior art, a CVT technology is high in overall system complexity and low in reliability, and a pure electric scheme is limited are solved. ECVT hybrid power control of the tractor is achieved, the economical efficiency of operation of the whole tractor is improved by means of the motor and the battery, and emission is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于拖拉机的ECVT混动系统及控制方法,属于农用机械设计技术领域,包括发动机、离合器、行星排、EM2电机、EM1电机和变速装置;发动机、离合器、行星排和变速装置依次相连,EM2电机与行星排连接用于对发动机调扭,EM1电机与变速装置连接用于对发动机调速。使用双电机取代静态液压单元,以实现发动机的功率分流和能量传递,保证更高的传动效率,降低了成本及系统复杂度,提高系统整体可靠性。解决了现有技术中CVT技术整体系统复杂度高、可靠性低以及纯电动方案的局限性的技术问题。实现了拖拉机的ECVT混合动力控制,借助电机、电池提高了整车运行的经济性,降低了排放。
