The invention discloses a roller mechanism and a cable robot. The roller mechanism comprises a mounting seat; the two rolling wheel assemblies are arranged on the mounting seat and are arranged on the same plane, each rolling wheel assembly comprises a rotating connecting rod and a rolling wheel structure, the rotating connecting rods are rotationally connected with the mounting seat, and the rolling wheel structures are connected with one end parts of the rotating connecting rods; one end of the elastic telescopic mechanism is rotationally connected with one rotating connecting rod, the other end of the elastic telescopic mechanism is rotationally connected with the other rotating connecting rod, and the connecting position, in the length direction of the rotating connecting rods, of the mounting base is arranged between the connecting position of the elastic telescopic mechanism and the connecting position of the roller structure. According to the roller mechanism, the two roller assemblies share the same elastic telescopic mechanism, so that all parts of the roller mechanism are compactly assembled together, and obviously, the occupied space of the roller mechanism is reduced. In addition, the roller mechanism only adopts one elastic telescopic mechanism, so that the cost of the roller mechanism is saved, and the cost is saved.

    本发明公开一种滚轮机构及缆索机器人,包括:安装座;设置于所述安装座且同平面设置的两个滚轮组件,各个所述滚轮组件包括转动连杆与滚轮结构,所述转动连杆与所述安装座转动连接,所述滚轮结构与所述转动连杆的一端部相连接;弹性伸缩机构,一端部与所述一个所述转动连杆转动连接,另一端部与另一个所述转动连杆转动连接,所述安装座在所述转动连杆长度方向的连接位设置于所述弹性伸缩机构的连接位与所述滚轮结构的连接位之间。两个滚轮组件共用同一个弹性伸缩机构,如此设置,滚轮机构的各个零部件紧凑地装配至一起,很显然地,滚轮机构的占用空间得到了缩小。另外,滚轮机构仅采用了一个弹性伸缩机构,节约了滚轮机构的成本,从而节约了成本。
