The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft design and manufacturing, in particular to a hole guiding device and method for sealing the coaxiality of a covering cap or skin and a framework guide hole, the hole guiding device comprises a positioning hole guiding device and a flexible mounting plate, and the positioning hole guiding device is composed of a hole guiding device upper mounting plate and a hole guiding device lower mounting plate; a positioning device is arranged at one end of the hole guiding device upper mounting plate, a detachable lining is arranged at one end of the hole guiding device lower mounting plate, a limiting device is arranged on one side of the hole guiding device lower mounting plate, and the flexible mounting plate is connected between the positioning hole guiding device upper mounting plate and the hole guiding device lower mounting plate. According to the hole guiding device and method for sealing the guide hole coaxiality of the covering cap or the skin and the framework, through sliding between the positioning hole guiding device and the flexible mounting plate, the hole guiding device and the flexible mounting plate can be suitable for sealing hole position guiding of various outer covering caps through adjustment, rapid positioning can be achieved through the hole guiding device, manual measuring and scribing are not needed, and the working efficiency is improved. And after hole positioning is completed, the hole guiding device assembly can be taken down along with the covering cap (or the skin) to conduct hole making operation conveniently.
