The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle charging, and discloses an operation control method and system for accessing electric vehicles to a power distribution network, in the method, an aggregation manager of an aggregator classifies the electric vehicles and constructs a schedulable area for a single electric vehicle; aggregating the schedulable regions of the electric vehicles by adopting an analytic approximate polyhedron-based schedulable region calculation method, and uploading the aggregated schedulable regions of the electric vehicles under different classifications to a power grid dispatching center; the power grid dispatching center carries out optimal power flow calculation on the power grid; and the aggregation manager receives the optimal day-ahead plans of the electric vehicles under different classifications, deaggregates the optimal day-ahead plans of the electric vehicles and issues an optimization scheme after deaggregation to each charging pile, and then the charging piles execute a control command. According to the method, the heterogeneity of schedulable domains of different electric vehicles can be eliminated while the uncertainty of the electric vehicles is considered, and the scheduling capability of the system is improved.

    本发明属于电动汽车充电技术领域,公开了一种电动汽车接入配电网的运行控制方法及系统,本发明的方法中,聚合商的聚合管理器对电动汽车进行分类,并对单个电动汽车构建可调度区域,采用基于解析近似多面体可调度区域计算方法对电动汽车可调度区域进行聚合,将不同分类下聚合后的电动汽车可调度区域上传至电网调度中心;电网调度中心对电网进行最优潮流计算;聚聚合管理器接收不同分类下电动汽车的最优日前计划,对电动汽车的最优日前计划进行解聚合,将解聚合后的优化方案下发至各充电桩,充电桩再执行控制命令。本发明可在考虑电动汽车不确定性的同时消除不同电动汽车可调度域的异质性,提高系统调度能力。
