The invention discloses an urban traffic signal cooperative control method and system in an Internet of Vehicles environment, and the method comprises the steps: firstly collecting the traffic state information of networked vehicles in each sub-region of an urban road network; then, for each sub-region, calculating a cooperation weight of the sub-region participating in cooperation to the current sub-region, and calculating a final traffic state and a reward function according to the cooperation weight; and finally, optimizing a control strategy through a reinforcement learning model, obtaining an optimal cooperation strategy, and guiding the traffic signal control of each sub-region according to the optimal cooperation strategy. The invention further discloses a correlation index for measuring the performability of the control method in the network-connected vehicle environment with different proportions. According to the invention, the overall cooperative control of the urban traffic lights is realized, the scale of problems needing to be processed by each traffic control unit is significantly reduced through a distributed double-layer cooperative framework, and the overall traffic efficiency of an urban road network is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车联网环境下的城市交通信号协同控制方法及系统,该方法首先对城市路网每个子区域的网联车辆,收集网联车辆信息的到交通状态信息;然后对于每个子区域计算参与协作的子区域对当前子区域的协作权重,根据协作权重计算最终交通状态和奖励函数;最后通过强化学习模型优化控制策略,获取最优协作策略,按照最优协作策略指导每个所述子区域的交通信号控制;本发明还公开了一种相关性指标来衡量不同比例网联车辆环境下控制方法的可执行性;本发明实现了对城市交通信号灯的整体协同控制,通过分布式的双层协作框架,显著降低每个交通控制单元需要处理的问题规模,提升城市路网的整体通行效率。
