The invention discloses a charging strategy optimization method based on a battery aging state, and the method comprises the steps: S1, obtaining and analyzing the characteristics of a battery; s2, constructing an equivalent circuit model, and performing parameter identification of open-circuit voltage, ohmic internal resistance, polarization internal resistance and polarization capacitance on the equivalent circuit model; s3, verifying the accuracy of the model parameters obtained by identification, analyzing the relationship between the model parameters and the capacity retention ratio, and obtaining battery performance evaluation indexes for evaluating the fusion capacity and internal resistance of the battery in different aging states; and S4, establishing a charging objective function by taking the charging time, the battery capacity loss and the battery score as optimization objectives in combination with the obtained battery performance evaluation indexes, optimizing the objective function, obtaining a charging strategy of an optimal charging sequence according to the battery performance evaluation indexes, and verifying the charging strategy. The problem that the aging condition is aggravated due to the fact that a constant-current and constant-voltage charging strategy cannot be changed along with the internal aging state of the battery is solved, meanwhile, the charging time is shortened, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种基于电池老化状态的充电策略优化方法,包括,S1:获取电池特性并分析;S2:构建等效电路模型,并对等效电路模型进行开路电压、欧姆内阻、极化内阻和极化电容的参数辨识;S3:验证辨识得到的模型参数准确性,分析模型参数与容量保持率关系,获取评价电池不同老化状态的融合容量和内阻的电池性能评价指标;S4:结合获取的电池性能评价指标,以充电时间、电池容量损失、电池评分为优化目标,建立充电目标函数,对目标函数进行寻优,根据电池性能评价指标,获取最优充电序列的充电策略,并验证充电策略。克服恒流恒压充电策略无法随电池内部老化状态进行变换,而导致的加剧老化情况的问题,同时减少充电时间,延长电池使用寿命。
