The invention discloses a general real-time bus prediction method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring moving trajectory data, route station data and historical arrival information data of a bus in a recent week from a bus company; (2) processing each complete driving route track data of the bus; (3) obtaining a bus route track by using a route track generation model DK-DP; (4) calculating the distance from the bus to the target station in the historical running state based on a mileage point calculation target station distance model MPS; (5) predicting a bus predicted arrival time model based on XGBoost regression; (6) predicting the predicted time by using a model for predicting the predicted arrival time of the bus; and (7) passenger query and display. According to the method, the traditional manual track route collection is replaced, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the manpower consumption is reduced, the cost is reduced, the efficiency is improved, the prediction accuracy is very high, and the urban public traffic management level and the intelligence degree are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种通用实时公交预测方法,包括以下步骤:(1)向公交公司获取公交车近一个星期的运行轨迹数据、线路站点数据、历史到站信息数据;(2)处理公交车每一次完整的行驶路线轨迹数据;(3)使用线路轨迹生成模型DK‑DP得出公交线路轨迹;(4)基于里程点计算到达目标站点距离模型MPS计算出公交车历史运行状态的到目标站的距离;(5)基于XGBoost回归预测公交车预计到站时间模型;(6)使用预测公交车预计到站时间模型对预计时间进行预测;(7)乘客查询展示。本发明替代了传统的人工采集轨迹路线,大大降低了劳动强度,减少了人力消耗,降低了成本,提高了效率,预测的准确度非常高,极大的提高了城市公共交通管理水平和智慧化程度。
