The invention provides an AMT (automated mechanical transmission) clutch starting control method, an AMT clutch starting control system and a vehicle, belongs to the technical field of commercial vehicle control, and optimizes PID (proportion integration differentiation) control parameters in a clutch actuating mechanism based on starting clutch torque in combination with clutch transmission torque curves at different oil temperatures. When the target vehicle meets the starting condition, the target torque of clutch control is determined; according to the selected driving mode, in combination with the accelerator opening degree, the accelerator change rate signal and the target torque, the starting action is executed, the closed-loop adjusting torque of the clutch is analyzed, and a clutch executing mechanism is controlled to operate through the optimized PID control parameters. Correction of the clutch stroke position on PID parameters is added, meanwhile, the I parameter adjusting range is optimized, accurate control over the clutch position is achieved, meanwhile, clutch abrasion can be reduced, and the service life of the clutch is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种AMT离合器起步控制方法、系统及车辆,属于商用车控制技术领域,基于起步离合器扭矩,并结合不同油温下的离合器传递扭矩曲线,优化离合器执行机构中的PID控制参数;当目标车辆满足起步条件时,确定离合器控制的目标扭矩;根据选定的驾驶模式,结合油门开度以及油门变化率信号和目标扭矩,执行起步动作,解析离合器的闭环调节扭矩,并通过优化后的PID控制参数控制离合器执行机构运行。本发明增加了离合器行程位置对PID参数的修正,同时优化I参数调节范围,实现离合器位置的精确控制,同时能够降低离合器磨损,提高离合器的使用寿命。
