The invention relates to the related technical field of goods elevator car frame structures, and discloses a heavy-load high-speed goods elevator car frame structure which comprises a car frame, the car frame comprises an upper fixing frame and a lower fixing frame, and the upper fixing frame and the lower fixing frame are connected through a plurality of straight beams. The lower fixing frame comprises a first portal frame lower beam and two second portal frame lower beams which are horizontally distributed at intervals. The stability and the bearing capacity of the car frame are effectively improved by adopting a cornice-like structure and an inhaul cable structure in the car frame, an interactive laminated structure is adopted in the car bottom platform, the bearing capacity of the split car bottom bracket and the car bottom platform is improved, meanwhile, an air spring and rubber spring combined structure is further adopted in the car bottom platform, and therefore the stability and the bearing capacity of the car frame are improved. According to the car platform, stress of bearing components can be effectively dispersed, the purpose of improving the capacity of resisting loading and unloading impact and bearing concentrated loads of the car platform is achieved, meanwhile, vibration and noise caused by high-speed operation of an elevator can be reduced, and the taking comfort of the elevator is improved.

    本发明涉及货梯轿架结构相关技术领域,公开了一种大载重高速货梯轿架结构,本发明包括轿厢架,所述轿厢架包括上固定架和下固定架,所述上固定架与所述下固定架之间通过若干直梁连接,所述下固定架包括水平间隔分布的第一龙门架下梁和两根第二龙门架下梁。本发明通过轿架采用类斗栱结构和拉索结构,有效提升轿架的稳定性和承载能力,并且轿底平台内采用交互式层叠结构,提升分片式轿底托架和轿底平台的承载能力,同时在轿底平台内还采用空气弹簧和橡胶弹簧组合结构,能够有效分散承载部件的受力,达到了提升轿底平台抵抗装卸载冲击和承受集中载荷的能力的目的,同时还可以降低电梯高速运行引起的振动和噪音,提升电梯的乘坐舒适感。
