The invention provides a freight elevator working condition recording system and method based on the Internet of Things, and the system comprises a load detection device which is arranged in front of an elevator hall door and is used for obtaining the cargo load and triggering an elevator call; the high-level signal interface is arranged on an elevator outbound board and is used for acquiring cargo load information and elevator calling information generated by the load detection device; the elevator control system is used for acquiring and recording cargo load information; the internet-of-things communication system is used for sending the cargo load information and the related operation information stored by the elevator control system to an internet-of-things terminal; the method comprises the following steps: carrying out load detection in front of an elevator hall door to obtain current cargo load information, and triggering an elevator calling request at the same time; obtaining and recording current cargo load information, and detecting whether the cargo is overweight or not; and if the cargo is not overweight, the elevator calling request is responded, otherwise, the elevator calling request is interrupted or stopped, an alarm is triggered, and alarm information containing cargo load information is sent to the Internet of Things terminal.

    本发明提出一种基于物联网载货电梯工况记录系统与方法,系统包括:设置于电梯厅门前的载重检测装置,用于获取货物载重以及触发呼梯;设于电梯外呼板的高电平信号接口,用于获取载重检测装置生成的货物载重信息以及呼梯信息;电梯控制系统,用于获取并记录货物载重信息;以及物联通信系统,用于将电梯控制系统保存的货物载重信息及相关操作信息发送至物联终端;方法的步骤包括:于电梯厅门前进行载重检测以获取当前货物载重信息,同时触发呼梯请求;获取并记录当前货物载重信息,检测货物是否超重;若货物未超重,则响应其呼梯请求,否则中断或中止其呼梯请求并触发告警,将包含货物载重信息的告警信息发送至物联终端。
