The method comprises the following steps of: S1, monitoring the rotating speed and the position of each driving motor by each motor controller; s2, when the rotating speeds of the two driving motors are inconsistent, the position difference of output shafts of the two driving motors is determined; and S3, the driving motor with the advanced output shaft position decelerates to 0 according to the set negative acceleration, stays for set time, and then accelerates to the rotating speed of the driving motor with the rear output shaft position according to the positive acceleration opposite to the set negative acceleration. The synchronous control problem of the double independent motors is effectively solved, and synchronous movement of the left flap and the right flap is achieved.
