According to the rapid assessment method for the strength of the hull bottom deadwood joint, deadwood is fixed below a hull stern outer plate and a propeller, the deadwood and the hull outer plate are welded and fixed through a base plate, the deadwood and the base plate are connected through deep penetration welding, the base plate and the outer plate are connected through angle welding, and the strength of the outer plate joint is rapidly assessed. According to the method, the yield stress R1 and the yield stress R2 of the deadwood are obtained through a simplified analysis method and a simplified finite element analysis method respectively, the R1 and the R2 are compared, the maximum value R is obtained, the maximum value R is compared with an allowable result, accurate evaluation is conducted, the yield stress value R meeting the requirement is finally obtained, and then the thickness of the deadwood is finally determined so as to guarantee the strength of the deadwood. And judging whether the welding seam between the deadwood and the base plate meets the connection strength requirement or not. According to the two methods, the working efficiency can be improved by nearly 80%, meanwhile, the welding seam strength after welding is confirmed, and the methods are closer to the actual situation and can replace complex contact analysis.

    一种船底呆木连接处强度的快速评估方法,在船体艉部外板、螺旋桨下方固定有呆木,呆木通过垫板与船体外板焊接固定,呆木与垫板采用深熔焊连接,垫板与外板采用角焊连接,外板连接处的强度进行快速评估。通过简化分析方法、简化有限元分析方法分别得到呆木的屈服应力R1和R2,将R1和R2进行比较,取得最大值R,利用最大值R与许用结果进行比较,进行横准评估,最终取得满足要求的屈服应力值R,进而最终确定呆木厚度,以保证呆木的强度。再判断呆木与垫板之间的焊缝是否满足连接强度要求。本发明两种方法可以提高工作效率接近80%,同时对焊接后焊缝强度进行确认,该方法更接近于实际情况,可代替复杂的接触分析。
