The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a twisted combined deadwood structure, a ship and a manufacturing method.The twisted combined deadwood structure comprises a deadwood body, the deadwood body is located right in front of a propeller, and the deadwood body comprises a first flow guide part and a second flow guide part which are connected with each other; the first flow guide part is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the stern of a ship body, and the second flow guide part and the first flow guide part are both in a twisted shape. The two flow guide fins are fixedly arranged on the deadwood body, the two flow guide fins are symmetrical about the middle longitudinal section of a ship body, and the longitudinal section of each flow guide fin is an inverted wing-shaped section. The deadwood body can enable water flow to generate a speed opposite to the rotation direction of the propeller, so that the efficiency of the propeller is improved; the flow guide fins can improve the wake flow at the disc face of the propeller, design of the propeller is facilitated, and the working efficiency of the propeller is improved.

    本发明涉及船舶技术领域,尤其涉及一种扭曲组合呆木结构、船舶和制造方法,扭曲组合呆木结构包括呆木本体,所述呆木本体位于螺旋桨的正前方,所述呆木本体包括相互连接的第一导流部和第二导流部,所述第一导流部固定设置在船体的艉部的下端,所述第二导流部和所述第一导流部均呈扭曲状;两个导流鳍,两个所述导流鳍固定设置在所述呆木本体上,两个所述导流鳍关于船体的中纵截面对称,所述导流鳍的纵截面呈倒机翼形截面。本发明中的呆木本体能够使水流产生一个与螺旋桨旋转方向相反的速度,从而提高螺旋桨在效率;本发明中的导流鳍能够改善螺旋桨盘面处的伴流,有利于螺旋桨的设计,并提升螺旋桨的工作效率。
