The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel engineering equipment, in particular to an electric traction device of a rail transport vehicle, which comprises a friction wheel electric driving device and a brake unit, and the friction wheel electric driving device and the brake unit are separately arranged; the friction wheel electric driving device comprises a main machine frame, a left driving frame and a right driving frame are hinged to the two sides of the main machine frame respectively, and motor speed reducers are installed on the left driving frame and the right driving frame. The friction wheel is connected with an output shaft of the motor speed reducer; the pre-tightening oil cylinder is installed on the main rack, and the two ends of the pre-tightening oil cylinder are hinged to the left driving frame and the right driving frame respectively; the guide wheel is mounted on the bottom side of the main rack; and the bearing wheels are mounted on two sides of the main frame. The motor speed reducer is adopted to drive the friction wheel, the rail transport vehicle is driven through the friction reaction force, and the higher energy utilization rate is achieved; meanwhile, a large number of hydraulic pipelines are avoided; modular design can be realized, and transportation tasks under different conditions can be completed through flexible combination; and the maintenance is convenient.

    本发明涉及隧道工程装备技术领域,具体地涉及一种轨道运输车电牵引装置,包括摩擦轮电驱动装置和制动单元,所述摩擦轮电驱动装置和制动单元分体设置;所述摩擦轮电驱动装置包括:主机架,主机架两侧分别铰接有左驱动架和右驱动架,左驱动架和右驱动架上安装有电机减速机;摩擦轮,与电机减速机的输出轴连接;预紧油缸,安装在主机架上,预紧油缸的两端分别与左驱动架和右驱动架铰接;导向轮,安装在主机架底侧;承载轮,安装在主机架两侧。本发明采用电机减速机驱动摩擦轮,通过摩擦反作用力驱动轨道运输车,具有更高的能量利用率;同时避免了大量的液压管路;还可实现模块化设计,通过灵活组合,完成不同条件下的运输任务;便于维护和保养。
