The invention discloses a vehicle control method, device and equipment, a vehicle and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether surrounding vehicles have a plugging behavior or not; and when it is determined that the surrounding vehicles have the plug-up behavior, the vehicle is controlled to enter an automatic avoiding mode, and the automatic avoiding mode is configured to control the vehicle to conduct automatic deceleration and/or automatic steering based on the vehicle condition information. According to the vehicle control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the surrounding vehicles have the plugging behavior or not is automatically judged in the vehicle driving process, human intervention is not needed, and the judgment efficiency is improved; and when the surrounding vehicles have the plug-up behavior, automatic avoidance operation can be adopted according to the vehicle condition information of the current vehicle, so that accidents are reduced, and the safe driving performance is improved.
