The invention discloses a super-capacitor charging method for a hybrid energy storage system of an electric vehicle. The charging upper limit SOC of a super-capacitor is determined according to predicted energy consumption distribution of a next road section; at the intersection, according to the charging upper limit SOC, the current SOC and the waiting time, the charging power of the intersection is determined, and the super capacitor is charged to the upper limit SOC; according to the maximum output power of the lithium battery and the waiting time of the next intersection, the lowest charging SOC of the super capacitor is determined; determining the accelerated super capacitor SOC based on the acceleration energy consumption, and taking the larger one of the accelerated super capacitor SOC and the lowest charging SOC as the lower charging limit SOC of the super capacitor; in the road section driving process, the output power of the lithium battery is adjusted based on the difference value between the current SOC of the super-capacitor and the charging lower limit, and the lithium battery charges the super-capacitor with the part with the output power larger than the driving power. The cost and weight of the hybrid energy storage system can be reduced, the electric quantity of the lithium battery is effectively saved, and the overall efficiency of the system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车混合储能系统的超级电容充电方法,根据下一路段预测能耗分配确定超级电容的充电上限SOC;交叉口时,根据充电上限SOC、当前SOC和等待时间,确定交叉口的充电功率并将超级电容充电至上限SOC;根据锂电池的最大输出功率和下一交叉口的等待时间,确定超级电容的充电最低SOC;基于加速能耗确定加速后的超级电容SOC,并将其与充电最低SOC的较大者作为超级电容的充电下限SOC;在路段行驶中,基于超级电容当前SOC与充电下限的差值调整锂电池的输出功率,且锂电池以输出功率大于驱动功率的部分对超级电容充电。本发明可以降低混合储能系统的成本和重量,且有效节省锂电池电量和提高系统整体效率。
