The invention relates to a dual-motor coupling transmission device for a tracked vehicle, which comprises two electric driving mechanisms arranged in bilateral symmetry and a fixed shaft gear speed reduction coupling mechanism, and each electric driving mechanism correspondingly drives one track mechanism; the electric driving mechanism comprises a motor, a speed change mechanism and a single planet row coupling mechanism which are in transmission connection in sequence; a double-planet-row differential coupling mechanism is arranged between the two motors, one end of an output shaft of the speed change mechanism is connected with the single-planet-row coupling mechanism, and the other end of the output shaft of the speed change mechanism is connected with the double-planet-row differential coupling mechanism. Output shafts of the two speed change mechanisms are coupled through a double-planet-row differential coupling mechanism; the two ends of the fixed shaft gear speed reduction coupling mechanism are in coupling connection with the two single-planet-row coupling mechanisms respectively, and meanwhile the middle of the fixed shaft gear speed reduction coupling mechanism is in coupling connection with the double-planet-row differential coupling mechanism. The multi-planet-row transmission mechanism serves as a power coupling mechanism, the mode switching mechanism is additionally arranged to change the power flow direction in the transmission system, meanwhile, the motor is regulated and controlled, accurate control over output power of crawler wheels on the two sides can be achieved, and the effects of medium-small-radius steering and center steering in high-efficiency advancing are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种履带车辆用双电机耦合传动装置,包括两个左右对称布置的电动驱动机构和定轴齿轮减速耦合机构,每个电动驱动机构分别对应驱动一个履带机构;电动驱动机构包括依次传动连接的电机、变速机构、单行星排耦合机构;两个电机之间设置有双行星排差速耦合机构,变速机构的输出轴一端与单行星排耦合机构连接,另一端与双行星排差速耦合机构连接;两个变速机构的输出轴通过双行星排差速耦合机构耦合;所述定轴齿轮减速耦合机构的两端分别与两个单行星排耦合机构耦合连接,同时,定轴齿轮减速耦合机构的中部与双行星排差速耦合机构耦合连接。本发明以多行星排传动机构作为动力耦合机构,通过增加模式切换机构改变传动系统中的功率流向,同时调控电机,可实现对两侧履带轮输出动力的精准控制,达到高效率行进中小半径转向及中心转向的效果。
