The invention provides safety glass with a bionic mixed structure and a preparation method of the safety glass. The safety glass comprises an outer sandwich structure layer, a middle bionic structure layer and an inner sandwich structure layer which are sequentially arranged, the middle bionic structure layer is formed by alternately arranging at least two layers of transparent material plates and at least one layer of polymer binding material, wherein two-dimensional bionic patterns are respectively engraved on the front and back surfaces of the transparent material plates; and the single-side carving depth is 20-49% of the thickness of the transparent material plate. According to the bionic composite glass provided by the invention, the polymer is tightly connected with the glass plate, so that the optical transparency of the glass can be fully reserved, and the structural mechanical response is improved. Due to the introduction of the glass engraved pattern and the polymer layer, the effects of reproducing a biological impact resistance mechanism and improving the impact resistance are achieved, and compared with single block glass, the material weight can be reduced, and the requirement for light weight of the whole material can be met. The glass can be widely applied to buildings, vehicles and other structures.

    本发明提供了一种具有仿生混合结构的安全玻璃及其制备方法,包括依次设置的外侧夹层结构层、中间仿生结构层和内侧夹层结构层;所述中间仿生结构层由至少两层正反两面分别雕刻有二维仿生图案的透明材料板和至少一层聚合物粘结材料交替排列组成;单面雕刻深度为透明材料板厚度的20~49%。本发明提供的仿生复合玻璃通过其中聚合物和玻璃板的紧密连接,可以充分保留玻璃的光学透明性,提升结构力学响应。玻璃雕刻图案和聚合物层的引入,除了起到复现生物抗冲击机制,提高抗冲击性能的作用外,与单一块体玻璃相比,还能减轻材料重量,满足整体材料的轻质化要求。该玻璃可以广泛应用于建筑、车辆等构筑物中。
