The primary side converter is connected to a power grid and works in an inversion state according to a charging resonant frequency fc, the secondary side converter works in a rectification state, and energy is transmitted to the secondary side coil through the primary side coil so as to realize constant-current output wireless charging of the storage battery; when the storage battery is discharged, the secondary side converter works in an inversion state according to the discharging working frequency fd, the front end of the primary side converter is connected with an electric load and works in a rectification state, energy is transmitted to the primary side coil through the secondary side coil to achieve constant-voltage output wireless power supply for the electric load, and fd is larger than fc and smaller than lambda fc; lambda is a transition frequency coefficient, and # imgabs0 # k is a coupling coefficient between the primary side coil and the secondary side coil.
