The invention discloses a fuel cell DCDC residual hydrogen discharge control method, which is characterized in that the input end of a DC/DC converter is connected to a fuel cell stack through a copper bar or a wire harness, the output end of the DC/DC converter is connected to a load and provides energy for the load after the voltage output by the stack is subjected to boost regulation, and the input end in the DC/DC converter is provided with an input relay; the front end of the input relay is provided with an input end voltage sample V1, and the rear end of the input relay is provided with an input end current sample A1 and an input end voltage sample V2. The input end voltage sample V1, the input end current sample A1 and the input end voltage sample V2 are all provided with corresponding sampling units and are connected to a signal input end of the fuel cell system controller through the DC/DC converter, and the fuel cell system controller issues a residual hydrogen discharge instruction to the DC/DC converter. According to the DCDC residual hydrogen discharge control method for the fuel cell, waste of residual hydrogen energy of the electric pile is avoided, the utilization rate of fuel is improved, the residual hydrogen discharge time of the electric pile is saved, the network topology architecture is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the DC/DC converter is reduced.

    本发明揭示了一种燃料电池DCDC余氢放电控制方法,DC/DC变换器输入端通过铜排或线束连接至燃料电池电堆,对电堆输出的电压经过升压调节后,输出端连接至负载并为负载提高能量,所述DC/DC变换器内部的输入端设有输入继电器,所述输入继电器的前端设有输入端电压采样V1,所述输入继电器的后端设有输入端电流采样A1和输入端电压采样V2,所述输入端电压采样V1、输入端电流采样A1和输入端电压采样V2均设有相应的采样单元并通过DC/DC变换器连接至燃料电池系统控制器的信号输入端,所述燃料电池系统控制器下发余氢放电指令至DC/DC变换器。本发明燃料电池DCDC余氢放电控制方法,避免了电堆余氢能量的浪费,提高了燃料的利用率,节省了电堆余氢放电的时间,并简化网络拓扑架构,降低DC/DC变换器的制造成本。
