Firstly, a data processing module establishes a vehicle swing judgment model, a vehicle sudden speed change judgment model and a signal lamp intersection waiting duration judgment model through multi-feature evaluation indexes, and scores are assigned to the track abnormal degree; when the total score exceeds a threshold value, judging whether a novice driving sign exists or not; then, the data generation module dispatches an unmanned aerial vehicle to recognize the face state of the driver and judges whether the driver has feature factors of drunk driving or not; and finally, a terminal information judgment module determines whether the overall comprehensive index exceeds a specified threshold value or not so as to judge whether a drunk driving condition exists or not. According to the invention, the problems of missing detection, lagging detection and interference on normal drivers in the existing drunk driving judgment method are solved, and the accuracy, real-time efficiency and coverage of drunk driving judgment are improved.
