A multi-stage buffer heat suppression structure for a high-orbit space telescope is characterized in that through a shielding layer coating design of a telescope main body structure and a light inlet structure, sunlight is isolated from entering a light inlet by utilizing multi-stage heat insulation and temperature control, thermal disturbance of multi-layer heat leakage to the telescope is greatly suppressed, and the problem that the high-orbit space telescope is influenced by sunlight is solved; the high-temperature stability requirement of the telescope is met from the system angle, the temperature stability of the lens assembly reaches the standard, and the detection requirement of gravitational wave weak signals is met.
