The invention provides an underwater vehicle speed measuring device, an underwater vehicle and a speed measuring method.The underwater vehicle speed measuring device comprises a sensor assembly, a signal demodulator and a processor, the sensor assembly comprises a high-pressure end sensor and at least one low-pressure end sensor, the high-pressure end sensor is arranged at the head of the underwater vehicle, and the low-pressure end sensor is arranged at the tail of the underwater vehicle. The pressure sensor is used for detecting high pressure of the underwater vehicle; the pressing end sensor is arranged at the waist part of the underwater vehicle and used for detecting the low pressure of the underwater vehicle, the signal demodulator is connected to the sensor assembly and the processor in a communication mode, the signal demodulator demodulates a pressure signal obtained by the sensor assembly and then transmits the demodulated pressure signal to the processor, and the processor transmits the demodulated pressure signal to the underwater vehicle. The processor obtains the speed of the underwater vehicle based on the high pressure and the low pressure of the underwater vehicle.
