The invention provides a multi-splicing complex steel structure aluminum-clad plate curtain wall construction method which comprises the steps that S1, a site steel structure BIM model is perfected, specifically, an existing steel structure circular tube is scanned on site through a 3D scanner, improvement is conducted according to an original steel structure model, and the BIM model is drawn; s2, keel installation is conducted, specifically, a constructor conducts aluminum plate keel welding on the steel structure round pipe through a ladder truck, and rust-proof treatment is conducted; s3, placing an aluminum plate rhinoceros model, namely perfecting aluminum plate modeling on a steel structure according to a steel structure circular tube model on site, and determining the shape, the independent number and the processing drawing of each aluminum plate for processing through rhinoceros software; and S4, aluminum plate installation and gluing are conducted, specifically, after the aluminum plate arrives at the site, the aluminum plate is hoisted to the corresponding position on the steel structure circular pipe according to the number of the aluminum plate and the layout map, and an operator stands on a ladder truck to conduct aluminum plate installation and gluing treatment. The method is simple and reliable in construction, obvious in effect and capable of saving the construction period and guaranteeing the quality.

    本发明提供一种多拼接复杂钢构包铝板幕墙施工方法,S1、完善现场钢构BIM模型:现场利用3D扫描仪对现有钢结构圆管进行扫描,对照原有钢结构模型,进行完善,绘制出BIM模型;S2、龙骨安装:施工人员利用登高车,在钢结构圆管上进行铝板龙骨焊接,并做防锈处理;S3、铝板犀牛模型下单:现场依据钢构圆管模型,在钢构上完善铝板建模,通过犀牛软件,确定每一块铝板形状,单独编号,加工图纸进行加工;S4、铝板安装及打胶:铝板到场后,根据铝板编号以及排版图,将铝板吊运到钢结构圆管上的对应位置,操作人员站在登高车上进行铝板安装及打胶处理。该方法施工简便、可靠,效果明显,节约工期,保障质量。
