The invention provides a counterweight-free calibration method and device for an aerial work platform and an overload detection method. The counterweight-free calibration method comprises the following steps: carrying out no-load calibration on the used aerial work platform; obtaining an original no-load calibration curve and an original full-load calibration curve of the aerial work platform; selecting a target calibration curve; fitting to obtain a fitting curve corresponding to the non-target calibration curve; determining the pressure of the hydraulic system corresponding to a new full-load calibration curve according to a preset relational expression, and taking the independent variable of the target calibration curve as the independent variable of the new full-load calibration curve; and storing the new full-load calibration curve in a memory of the aerial work platform. According to the scheme, overload calibration of the aerial work platform can be completed under the condition that no standard weight serves as the balance weight, the accuracy of overload calibration is improved, the overload detection result is more accurate, and the aerial work platform is safer and more reliable in use.

    本发明提供了一种高空作业平台无配重校准标定方法和装置及超载检测方法。无配重校准标定方法包括以下步骤:对使用后的高空作业平台进行空载标定;获取所述高空作业平台的原空载标定曲线和原满载标定曲线;选取目标标定曲线;拟合得到所述非目标标定曲线对应的拟合曲线;根据预设的关系式确定新满载标定曲线对应的所述液压系统的压力,并将所述目标标定曲线的自变量作为所述新满载标定曲线的自变量;将所述新满载标定曲线存储在所述高空作业平台的存储器中。本方案可以实现在无标准砝码作为配重的状况下完成高空作业平台的超载校准标定,提高超载校准标定的准确性,超载检测结果更加准确,高空作业平台在使用时更加安全可靠。
