An environment-friendly and energy-saving type special crane comprises a fixing seat, a base, a slewing bearing, a tower body, a suspension arm and a crane control circuit, the fixing seat is arranged on the surface of a ship body, the base and the fixing seat are coaxially arranged and fixed, and the slewing bearing is arranged on the top face of the base and is coaxial with the base; a lifting winch is arranged on the lifting arm, a variable amplitude device is arranged on the tower body, a lifting arm obstacle angle limiter is arranged on the lifting arm, a cross-region limiting baffle is arranged on the base, a cross-region limiter is fixed to the outer ring of the slewing bearing, and the cross-region limiting baffle and the cross-region limiter work in a matched mode.

    本发明是针对现有的电动回转吊角度固定,导致实际工作范围调整麻烦,而设计了一种可以变幅的电动回转吊,并且为本发明的电动回转吊设计了一套配套的逻辑电路,通过接触开关代替传感器并配合逻辑电路实现单一电压情况下的完成对电动回转吊的逻辑控制。一种环保节能型特殊起重机,包括:固定座、底座、回转支承、塔身、吊臂、起重机控制电路,固定座设置在船身表面,底座与固定座同轴设置并固定,回转支承设置在底座顶面并与底座同轴;吊臂上设置有起吊绞车,塔身上设置有变幅装置,在吊臂上设置有吊臂障碍物角度限位器,在底座上设置有跨区域限位挡板,在回转支承外圈上固定有跨区域限制器,跨区域限位挡板与跨区域限制器配合工作。
