The invention provides a forming type tower crane wall-attached operation platform which comprises a supporting frame which comprises a plurality of sets of first supporting rods and second supporting rods crossed with the first supporting rods. The second supporting rod is clamped and fixed to the first supporting rod, and fixing grooves are formed in the lower end of the first supporting rod and the lower end of the second supporting rod correspondingly and used for clamping and fixing the supporting frame to a transverse web member of the tower crane. The operation platform is fixed on the support frame; comprising a plurality of platform panels, the ends of the platform panels are sequentially connected through hinges, and a supporting locking piece is arranged between every two adjacent platform panels and used for enabling the platform panels to be integrally arranged on the periphery of the tower crane in a surrounding mode. Through assembly of the supporting frame, the operation platform and the fence, a stable, safe and efficient operation environment is provided for a construction site, the construction efficiency is improved, and the stability of the tower crane wall attaching operation platform on the construction site is effectively guaranteed.
