The invention relates to the technical field of mounting and hoisting, in particular to flue gas desulfurization tower mounting and hoisting equipment which comprises a hoisting arm, a guide rail is mounted on the hoisting arm, an auxiliary clamping and fixing mechanism is slidably connected to the guide rail, and a hoisting and clamping mechanism used for fixing the top of a desulfurization tower assembly is mounted at the top of the hoisting arm through a hoisting rope. According to the flue gas desulfurization tower mounting and hoisting equipment, when a desulfurization tower is mounted and hoisted, the lower end of a desulfurization tower assembly is supported in an auxiliary mode through the auxiliary clamping and fixing mechanism, and during hoisting of the desulfurization tower assembly, in the process that the included angle between the desulfurization tower assembly and the hoisting arm is gradually reduced, the auxiliary clamping and fixing mechanism moves along the guide rail; and the distance between one end, connected to the guide rail, of the auxiliary clamping mechanism and the lower end of the desulfurizing tower is gradually and synchronously changed, so that the functions of not influencing the hoisting movement of the desulfurizing tower and continuously and stably supporting the desulfurizing tower by keeping a triangular structure are realized, and the problem that the desulfurizing tower assembly shakes during hoisting is avoided.

    本发明涉及安装吊装技术领域,具体提出了一种烟气脱硫塔安装吊装设备,包括吊臂,吊臂上安装有导轨,所述导轨上滑动连接有辅助夹固机构,吊臂的顶部通过吊绳安装有用于固定脱硫塔组件顶部的吊夹机构。本发明所设计的一种烟气脱硫塔安装吊装设备,在对脱硫塔进行安装吊装时,通过辅助夹固机构对脱硫塔组件的下端进行辅助支撑,脱硫塔组件吊升期间,在其与吊臂之间的夹角逐渐减小的过程中,辅助夹固机构沿着导轨进行移动,且辅助夹固机构连接在导轨上的一端与脱硫塔下端之间的距离逐渐同步改变,从而实现既不影响脱硫塔吊装移动,还通过保持形成三角形结构来对脱硫塔进行持续稳定支撑的功能,避免了脱硫塔组件在吊装时产生晃动的问题。
