The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft landing gears, and particularly relates to a landing gear rotating wheel mechanism which comprises a main supporting column, an auxiliary supporting column and an auxiliary supporting column. The main supporting column comprises an outer cylinder hinged to a rack and a piston rod arranged in the outer cylinder in a sleeved mode and connected with an aircraft wheel tire. The supporting rod comprises a lower supporting rod body hinged to the outer cylinder and an upper supporting rod body hinged to the lower supporting rod body, and the lower supporting rod body and the upper supporting rod body are folded and unfolded to achieve folding and unfolding of the undercarriage; the rotary clamp is rotatably sleeved on the outer cylinder, is connected with the supporting rod through a first connecting rod mechanism and is connected with the tail end of the piston rod through a second connecting rod mechanism; the first mechanism is used for converting the folding motion of the supporting rod into the rotating motion of the rotating hoop around the main outer cylinder, and the second mechanism is used for converting the rotating motion of the rotating hoop into the rotating motion of the piston rod; the upper pull rod, the lower pull rod and the rocker arm are utilized to form an undercarriage runner mechanism, and the purposes of rotating tires and reducing the storage space of the undercarriage are achieved by utilizing a folding and unfolding mechanism, a driving runner mechanism, a rotating piston rod and airplane wheel tires of the undercarriage.
