According to the heat dissipation system provided by the invention, the heat dissipation system is arranged on a skin, and the heat dissipation system comprises a plurality of fins which are arranged at intervals; the fins extend from one end of the skin to the other end in the length direction of the skin, and the cross sections, perpendicular to the long axis of the skin, of the fins are provided with projection planes so that cooling air flow can impact the fins. Due to the fact that the fins extend from one end of the skin to the other end in the length direction of the skin, and the cross sections, perpendicular to the long axis of the skin, of the fins are provided with the projection planes, cooling air flow can impact panels of the fins when flowing through the fins, cooling and heat dissipation of the fins are achieved, and the cooling effect is improved. And the fins dissipate heat from the heat generation element in the skin, so that the heat dissipation performance of the heat generation element of the aircraft is improved. The aircraft provided by the invention also has the above technical effects due to the fact that the aircraft comprises the heat dissipation system.
